ICANTCI is one of the top ranked International Conferences in the country. Papers that are submitted will be subject to plagiarism checks and blind reviews. It is planned to publish the peer reviewed and selected papers of the conference as proceedings with Springer in their prestigious "Communications in Computer and Information Science" series (https://www.springer.com/series/7899).

All contributions must be original, should not have been published elsewhere and should not be intended to be published elsewhere during the review period
Plagiarism of any type, if detected, will lead to rejection of the articles anytime
At least one author of an accepted paper must register
Presentation through Skype is allowed only for foreign authors

STEP 1: PAPER FORMAT GUIDELINES

The manuscript should be prepared in Springer CCIS, written in English format using MS WORD template.
Page size of an article should not exceed 15 pages in any case. Desired page size is 10 - 12.
All references, figures, and tables should be numbered in sequence starting from 1 and MUST be duly cited / referred within the text.
The figures / graphs / plots in the manuscript MUST be of good resolution (600 dpi or more), tables MUST NOT be in pictorial format. Text in figures should not be too small, and preferably of equal size as text of the article.
Any article, not in format, will be subjected to rejection without any judgment on its quality.

STEP 2: SUBMIT FOR REVIEW

Create / sign up for a Microsoft CMT account if you do not have one.
Articles can be submitted at https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICANTCI2024/Submission/Index
Fill proper metadata of the article. Title, Abstract, Keywords, list of authors (in order) and their affiliation should be mentioned while submitting.
You will be assigned a unique article ID of your submitted article, which you should remember and use for any correspondence.

STEP 3: AFTER ACCEPTANCE

Please Note that after Acceptance Notification you cannot widthdraw your paper from ICANTCI 2024.
Paying Registration Fee: Calculate the registration fee according to your type of authorship (Academia includes Professor / Faculty / Research Scholars / PG Student; Indian Author (Industry); Author from Outside India) and make payment using Online Payment available at home page of the website.
Do not forget to send scanned copy of the online payment receipt on email: icantci2024@chitkara.edu.in

Registration in the Author's Registration Category is mandatory for Presentation of the paper in the conference
Inclusion of paper in the conference proceedings

If one of the authors of the paper has registered in author's registration category then all other authors of the paper may register under co-authors' registration category if they wish to attend the conference.

Keynote Speakers

Tony Jan is a Professor of Information Technology leading AI, IT, cloud, games, and cybersecurity programs at Torrens University Australia. Prior to this role, Tony was Associate Professor and Associate/Deputy Head of School at the Melbourne Institute of Technology (5 years) and the University of Technology Sydney (10 years), respectively. Tony specializes in machine learning for cybersecurity/smart digital technologies and has published over 70 articles in high-impact journals and conference articles. Tony is a current Director of the Research Centre in AI in Torrens and his research has been supported by several grants including ARC discovery and large-scale industry-sponsored grants in the domains of AI and homeland security. His recent interests are in machine learning for the Internet of Things (IoT) and cybersecurity.

Gwanggil Jeon received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. (summa cum laude) degrees from the Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering, Hanyang University, Seoul, Korea, in 2003, 2005, and 2008, respectively. From 2009.09 to 2011.08, he was with the School of Information Technology and Engineering, University of Ottawa, Ottawa, ON, Canada, as a Post-Doctoral Fellow. From 2011.09 to 2012.02, he was with the Graduate School of Science and Technology, Niigata University, Niigata, Japan, as an Assistant Professor. From 2014.12 to 2015.02 and 2015.06 to 2015.07, he was a Visiting Scholar at Centre de Mathématiques et Leurs Applications (CMLA), École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay (ENS-Cachan), France. From 2019 to 2020, he was a Prestigious Visiting Professor at Dipartimento di Informatica, Università degli Studi di Milano Statale, Italy. From 2019 to 2020 and 2023 to 2024, he was a Visiting Professor at Faculdade de Ciência da Computação, Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, Brasil. He is currently a professor at Incheon National University, Incheon, Korea, Shandong University of Technology, Zibo, China, and Xidian University, Xi’an, China, and a funded project consultant at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Saudi Arabia. He was a general chair of IEEE SITIS 2023, and served as a workshop chairs in numerous conferences.

Dr. Jeon is an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology (TCSVT), Elsevier Sustainable Cities and Society, IEEE Access, Springer Real-Time Image Processing, Journal of System Architecture, and Wiley Expert Systems.

Dr. Jeon was a recipient of the IEEE Chester Sall Award in 2007, ACM’s Distinguished Speaker in 2022, the ETRI Journal Paper Award in 2008, and Industry-Academic Merit Award by Ministry of SMEs and Startups of Korea Minister in 2020.

Dr. Sukhjit Singh Sehra is currently working at Wilfrid Laurier University, Waterloo, Canada. A proactive academician with extensive experience teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Spatial Data Science, and Big Data. He possesses strong analytical skills and proven expertise in large-scale spatial and unstructured textual datasets. He has supervised 19 master’s theses and published over 80+ peer-reviewed articles in journals and conferences. He possesses 18 + years of experience in research, academia, and industry. He worked at prestigious organizations in India and Canada, like Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana, Punjab and Elocity Technologies, Canada. He is actively involved in the usability and application of technology to solve social problems. He is a Co-Founder and Director at Sabudh Foundation, India. A data science organization for social initiatives (http://sabudh.org) to develop an incubation center of artificial intelligence and machine learning for the youth of India.
